Save A Small Business - Our COVID19 Response

With the industry closed as part of the Federal Government’s COVID-19 response, INSKIN COSMEDICS and O Cosmedics launched its ‘Save A Small Business’ initiative to partners.

O Cosmedics, an online protected brand, opened its website to its partners, allowing salons and clinics to direct their clients to the O Cosmedics website where orders were processed on their behalf, sent direct to the consumer and the sale credited to the salon.

The program allowed clinic and salon owners as well as their teams and clients to remain safe at home whilst their businesses and skins continued to receive the support required.

The #SaveASmallBusiness campaign gained online traction and spread through the industry encouraging strength and action in place of fear and uncertainty and manifested in an Instagram account @saveasmallbusiness which tells the story of small businesses Australia wide, fostering a more intimate relationship between small businesses and customers.
