How long should your O Cosmedics products last?

We’re in the process of changing 13 products into a new O look (that features up to 43.5% less packaging!), here’s some important things to note to maximise your experience and understand how long your serums and hydrators should last:

• Serums: While our previous serums dispensed 0.2ml of product per pump (meaning you’d need 2 pumps per use), the NEW serums deliver a much bigger 0.5ml per pump! This means you’re likely to only need half to one pump of your serum for application. Doing this, you can expect your serum to last around 100 days (between 60 – 120, depending on how many pumps per application, to be more exact).

• Hydrators: Similarly, your favourite hydrators also dispense 0.5ml (compared to the former packaging at 0.4ml), meaning Youth Activating Oil-Balm, Immortal, Comfort, Recovery and Rebalancing Cream should last around 100 applications.

• As always, to protect product formulation, efficacy and hygiene, the packaging is sealed air-tight, meaning you are unable to open the jar to expose the product. While we continue to search for an easier way to judge just how much product is left (we tried but weren’t satisfied with the laser cut-outs in the previous packaging) we hope the above guide can give you a good indication of when it’s time to repurchase.

Eye Care: You guessed it; the O Cosmedics Eye Care range also features O’s airless pump mechanism! Each Eye Correct contains roughly 100 applications dispensed at 0.15ml per pump. You can expect by using 1 pump twice a day your Eye Correct to last around 50 days.

Eye Fusion’s two-step system includes two individual products in one! Step 1 Bio-Energy Eye Gel contains around 80 applications dispensed at 0.10ml per pump meaning using 1 Pump twice a day means it will last around 40 days. Step 2 Cell to Cell TX Cream holds around 53 applications dispensed at 0.15ml per pump. You can expect using 1 pump twice a day to mean it will last around 26 days.
