INSKIN COSMEDICS Donates $10,000 To McGrath Foundation

Embracing The McGrath Foundation’s ‘Together We Can Make A Difference’ ethos, in 2014 INSKIN COSMEDICS with O Cosmedics launched its ‘Shop Pink’ initiative and created a limited edition ‘Pink O Cosmedics Antioxidant Hydra-Mist’ from which $2 of every purchase was donated to support the vision and efforts of The McGrath Foundation’s Breast Cancer care and education crusade.

Jane & Glenn McGrath’s much-publicised experience with Breast Cancer led to the formation of what is now one of Australia’s most respected, recognised, and effective charities, The McGrath Foundation.  With their personal experience came the belief that every family experiencing the ravages of Breast Cancer should have access to the support and care of a Breast Cancer Nurse.

“Every one of us at INSKIN COSMEDICS knows someone who has been touched by Breast Cancer, and every one of us at INSKIN wanted to do something to help. Our industry is primarily about women as is Breast Cancer, so it made sense for us to put our collective efforts behind a cause that exists to support women and their families afflicted by this cruel and indiscriminate disease. I am awed by The McGrath Foundation for what they do and grateful for the opportunity to contribute. I am as always, equally grateful to our generous INSKIN and O Cosmedics Partners who got right behind our ‘Shop Pink’ program, ranged our Pink Hydra-Mist and enthusiastically on-sold it to their customers. We could not have made this donation without the full support of our INSKIN Partners”, says Maria Enna-Cocciolone, INSKIN COSMEDICS Found and CEO.

It was with great pride and admiration that Maria presented a cheque in the amount of $10,000 to McGrath Foundation Ambassador and Director, Tracy Bevan and, equally, for both teams to work together to help make a difference.
